Is Disperse Orange 13 vegan?

Disperse Orange 13 is a synthetic azo disperse dye used for dyeing polyester and other hydrophobic synthetic fibres. It is slightly soluble in water and applied from aqueous suspension. It is used in textile printing and dyeing applications.
