Disperse Red 11 is a synthetic anthraquinone-based disperse dye, chemically identified as 1,4-diamino-2-methoxyanthraquinone. It produces red hues and is insoluble in water. It is used for dyeing polyester and other hydrophobic synthetic fibres.
