Disteareth-75 IPDI is a polymer formed from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) reacted with ethoxylated stearyl alcohol (75 moles ethylene oxide). Stearyl alcohol may be derived from plant or animal fat sources, so origin is not fully confirmed. It is used in cosmetics as a thickening agent.
