Is Distillates (Coal Tar), Naphthalene Oils vegan?

A coal tar distillate rich in naphthalene oils, obtained during the distillation of coal tar, containing more than 0.1% w/w benzene. It is a byproduct of coal processing, not of animal origin.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
