Is Distillates (petroleum), hydrocracked solvent-refined, dewaxed vegan?

A petroleum-derived distillate fraction produced by hydrocracking, solvent refining and dewaxing, regulated when its DMSO extract exceeds 3% w/w. It is mineral-derived with no animal origin.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
