Is Egg vegetarian?
Egg
Egg refers to the reproductive product of birds, most commonly the hen's egg from Gallus gallus domesticus, used as a food and ingredient. Egg-derived ingredients include egg white (albumin), egg yolk, whole egg powder, and egg lecithin. As an animal product obtained without necessarily killing the animal, eggs are considered vegetarian but not vegan.
