Fructose is also known as Levulose.

Fructose is a simple monosaccharide sugar naturally found in fruits, vegetables, and honey. Commercially, it is primarily produced from corn starch via enzymatic isomerisation of glucose, and also from inulin-rich plants such as chicory root and Jerusalem artichoke.
