Is Gases (petroleum), gas oil hydrodesulfurization effluent vegan?

A complex petroleum-derived gas stream produced as an effluent from the hydrodesulfurization of gas oil, regulated when butadiene content exceeds 0.1% w/w. It is a mineral/petrochemical substance with no animal origin.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
