Is Human Umbilical Mesenchymal Stem Cell Conditioned Media Extract vegetarian?

This ingredient is the extract of growth media removed from cultures of human umbilical mesenchymal stem cells after several days of growth. The base media is Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium, which may or may not contain fetal bovine serum, making the ingredient of human (and possibly animal) origin.
