Is Hydrogenated Polydecene vegan?

Hydrogenated poly-1-decene is a synthetic polymer produced by polymerisation of 1-decene followed by hydrogenation. It is used as a food glazing agent and lubricant, and in cosmetics as an emollient and skin-conditioning agent.
