Is Hydrolyzed Lactobacillus/Streptococcus Thermophilus/Colostrum Ferment Extract vegan?

This ingredient is the hydrolysate of an extract of the product obtained by fermenting colostrum (mammalian, typically bovine, early milk) with the microorganisms Lactobacillus and Streptococcus thermophilus. It is not vegan due to its dairy/colostrum origin but does not require animal slaughter.
