This is a filtrate of the product obtained by fermentation of lactose, lemon fruit, fig fruit, date fruit, walnut, coconut, soybean seed, millet seed, onion bulb, celery bulb, mung bean sprouts, artichoke buds and pea pods using Lactobacillus and Propionibacterium microorganisms. Lactose used may be dairy-derived, making origin dependent on sourcing.
