Is Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajuputi Leaf Oil vegan?

Cajeput Oil is an essential oil distilled from the leaves of the cajeput tree, Melaleuca leucadendron var. cajuputi, of the family Myrtaceae. It contains 50-60% eucalyptol (cineole), along with pinene, terpineol and other aldehydes.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
