Oleth-15 is a polyethylene glycol ether of oleyl alcohol with an average of 15 moles of ethylene oxide, used as an emulsifier and surfactant in cosmetics. Oleyl alcohol may be derived from plant or animal fat sources.
An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
