Is PEG-12 Lanolate vegan?

PEG-12 Lanolate is the polyethylene glycol ester of lanolin fatty acids, produced by ethoxylating lanolin acids with an average of 12 moles of ethylene oxide. Lanolin is a wax derived from sheep's wool.
