Is PEG-14 Avocado Glycerides vegan?

PEG-14 Avocado Glycerides is a mixture of mono- and diglycerides derived from avocado oil, ethoxylated with an average of 14 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used as an emollient and emulsifier derived from Persea gratissima (avocado) oil.
