Is PEG-20 Soy Sterol vegan?

PEG-20 Soy Sterol is produced by ethoxylation of phytosterols derived from soybean (Glycine soja) oil with an average of 20 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used as an emollient and emulsifier and is plant-derived.
