Is PEG-24 Hydrogenated Lanolin vegan?

PEG-24 Hydrogenated Lanolin is the polyethylene glycol ether of hydrogenated lanolin, produced by ethoxylating hydrogenated lanolin with an average of 24 moles of ethylene oxide. Lanolin is derived from sheep's wool.
