PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is the polyethylene glycol ether of hydrogenated castor oil, produced by ethoxylating hydrogenated castor oil (Ricinus communis) with an average of 60 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used as a surfactant and emulsifier in cosmetic products, derived from the plant-based castor bean.
