Is PEG-75 Cocoa Butter Glycerides vegan?

PEG-75 Cocoa Butter Glycerides are produced by ethoxylation of mono- and diglycerides derived from cocoa butter (Theobroma cacao) with an average of 75 moles of ethylene oxide. They are used as emulsifiers in cosmetics and are plant-derived.
