Is PEG-90M vegan?

PEG-90M is a very high molecular weight polyethylene glycol polymer with an average of approximately 90,000 moles of ethylene oxide. It is used in cosmetics as a viscosity-increasing agent and film former, providing texture and stability to formulations.
