Is PEI-45 Isostearamide/Stearamide vegan?

PEI-45 Isostearamide/Stearamide is the product formed by reacting polyethyleneimine (PEI-45) with a mixture of isostearic and stearic acids, which can be derived from either plant or animal fat sources.
