Is Phosphatidylserine vegetarian?

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid component of cell membranes that plays a key role in cell signaling and apoptosis; it can be derived from plant sources (e.g. soy) or animal sources (e.g. bovine brain) depending on the manufacturing process.
