Is Picric Acid vegan?

Picric acid is a synthetic organic compound with the formula (O2N)3C6H2OH, also known as 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP). It is one of the most acidic phenols and, like other strongly nitrated organic compounds, is an explosive. It has also been used as a dye and in medicine as an antiseptic and burn treatment.
