Pigskin Conditioned Media is the growth medium removed from cultures of pigskin cells after several days of growth, typically using Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (possibly containing fetal bovine serum) or a serum-free nutrient medium; it is derived from pig-derived animal tissue.
