Is Plasmalogens vegetarian?

Plasmalogens

Plasmalogens are a class of glycerophospholipids featuring a vinyl ether linkage at the sn-1 position of the glycerol backbone, found across many domains of life including mammals, invertebrates, and bacteria. In cosmetics they can be sourced from animal tissue (e.g. bovine or marine sources) or produced via synthetic/biotechnological routes, so origin varies.
