Is Polycaprolactone vegan?

Polycaprolactone is a synthetic, semi-crystalline, biodegradable polyester with a low melting point, produced by ring-opening polymerization of caprolactone. It is used in cosmetics as a film-forming agent and in specialty polyurethane production.
