Is Polyurethane-62 vegan?

Polyurethane-62 is a synthetic copolymer of hexamethylene diisocyanate, PEG-200, methyl gluceth-10 and trideceth-6 monomers, end-capped with a fatty alcohol containing 16 to 20 carbons. It is used in cosmetics as a film former.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
