Polyurethane-66 is a synthetic urethane polymer formed by reacting a butylene oxide-modified 1,4-butanediol polymer with isophorone diisocyanate and 1,3-bis(isocyanomethyl)cyclohexane, end-blocked with hydroxybutyl acrylate. It is used as a film-forming agent in cosmetic formulations.
