Polyurethane-75 is a synthetic copolymer made by reacting toluene diisocyanate, bisphenol A bis-(2-hydroxypropyl) ether, and poly(1,4-butanediol)-28, then capping the resulting copolymer with 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate. It is used as a film-forming agent in cosmetics.
