Is PPG-12/SMDI Copolymer vegan?

PPG-12/SMDI Copolymer is a synthetic polymer formed from polypropylene glycol (PPG-12) and methylenebis(4-cyclohexyl isocyanate) (SMDI), used in cosmetics as a film-forming and thickening agent.
