PPG-3 is a polypropylene glycol with an average of 3 moles of propylene oxide, used as a solvent and conditioning agent in cosmetics. It is manufactured synthetically from propylene oxide.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
