Is Propylene Glycol Dilaurate vegan?

Propylene Glycol Dilaurate is the diester of propylene glycol and lauric acid, used as an emollient and texturizing agent in cosmetics. Lauric acid can be derived from plant sources (e.g. coconut) or animal fats.
