Is Rhamnocitrin vegan?

Rhamnocitrin, also known as Kaempferol 7-O-methyl ether, is an O-methylated flavonol found in a wide variety of plants including Rhamnus species, Vitis vinifera, Camellia sinensis, and many others. It is a naturally occurring plant pigment used as a colorant.
