Royal Jelly Extract is an extract obtained from royal jelly, a honey bee secretion produced by the hypopharyngeal glands of nurse bees and fed to larvae and adult queens; it is not obtained by killing bees.

An ingredient is considered vegan if it contains no animal-derived components at any point in its production.
