Is s-Apamin SP vegan?

s-Apamin SP is a synthetically produced protein made to be structurally identical to apamin, a peptide component of bee venom, containing 18 of the 46 amino acids of the natural molecule. Although the reference molecule (apamin) is derived from bee venom, this ingredient is produced synthetically without animal-derived material.
