This is a filtrate of the product obtained by the fermentation of extracts of apple, carrot, radish, cabbage, celery, cucumber, banana, onion, burdock (Arctium lappa) root, spinach, orange peel, tomato, mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus) sprout, and pumpkin by the microorganisms Saccharomyces and Leuconostoc.
