Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, commonly known as jojoba oil, is the liquid wax expressed or extracted from the seeds of the jojoba shrub (Simmondsia chinensis, family Buxaceae). It is composed largely of wax esters rather than triglycerides, giving it excellent stability and resistance to oxidation.
