Is Sodium Tartrates vegan?

Sodium tartrates are the sodium salts of tartaric acid, including monosodium and disodium tartrate. They are derived from tartaric acid, which is primarily obtained as a byproduct of wine production from grapes, and are used as sequestrants, stabilisers, and buffering agents.
