Is Stigmasterol-Rich Plant Sterols vegan?

Stigmasterol-rich plant sterols are a mixture of phytosterols in which stigmasterol predominates, extracted from vegetable oils such as soybean, rapeseed, or sunflower oil. They are used as emulsifiers and nutritional supplements, known to help reduce blood cholesterol levels.
