Is Disperse Red 60 vegan?

Disperse Red 60 is a common anthraquinone-based disperse dye, chemically identified as 1-amino-4-hydroxy-2-phenoxyanthraquinone. It is a dark red solid that is insoluble in water but soluble in dichloromethane, used widely for dyeing polyester fibres.
