Erucic Acid is a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid found predominantly in seeds of plants in the Brassicaceae family, such as rapeseed and mustard, with reported concentrations of 20–54% in high erucic acid rapeseed oil and around 42% in mustard oil.
