Green 3, also known as Fast Green FCF or FD&C Green No. 3, is a synthetic turquoise triarylmethane food colouring dye used in select confectionery, dessert, mint, and beverage products. It is permitted in the United States but is not authorised in the European Union. It is one of the less commonly used certified food dyes in modern formulations.
