Is Hydrogenated Lysolecithin vegan?

Hydrogenated Lysolecithin is a phospholipid derivative obtained by the controlled hydrogenation of lysolecithin, used as an emulsifier in cosmetics. Lysolecithin can be derived from plant sources (e.g. soy, sunflower) or from egg or animal sources, so its origin varies by manufacturer.
