Is Solvent Yellow 124 vegan?

Solvent Yellow 124 is a yellow synthetic azo dye used in the European Union as a fuel dye (Euromarker). Since August 2002, it has been added to heating diesel and other fuels not intended for motor vehicles to distinguish them from higher-taxed motor diesel.
