Is Trypan Blue vegan?

Trypan Blue is a synthetic azo dye used as a direct dye for cotton textiles and, in biosciences, as a vital stain to selectively colour dead tissues or cells blue, enabling cell viability assessment. It is produced entirely from synthetic precursors.
