Is Sodium Potassium Tartrate vegan?

Sodium potassium tartrate, also known as Rochelle salt, is a double salt of tartaric acid with sodium and potassium. It is naturally derived from grapes and wine production byproducts, and is used as a sequestrant and stabiliser in food and cosmetic applications.
